Our Beachfront Villa consists of a newly completed 2-story Home with 2 fully-equipped kitchens, 2 Master bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a 1000 sq. ft. roof-top terrace/bar overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean. The beach house was designed to provide ocean views from every room and the spacious decks offer excellent vantage points for surf photos and outdoor, seaside dining. Also on the property and separated by a courtyard is a 300 sq. ft. casita, with a fully-equipped kitchen and bath, and the caretaker's cottage. The Main House sleeps 7 people comfortably . Each level of the Main House may be rented separately, if desired . The Casita sleeps 2 comfortably and may be rented separately or with the Main House. Our property is located within Las Baulas National Marine Park, which is a nesting site for the Leatherback Turtles. Playa Grande is world famous for its excellent surf, and there are 5 breaks just steps from the House. All of the surfing photos found on this site were taken in front of the house.
